STILL WORKING AFTER 10 PLUS years!! May 10, 2010
By Amy Johnson
I love love love this mop and am so excited they sell them here cause I can get replacement heads here now! I bought this mop over ten years ago when I was a newlywed. It is awesome cause it actually washes your floor and picks up dirt instead of just rubbing it around the floor like most other mops I've used. It wrings out well, and dries fast so I can use it on my hardwood floor. It also works great on tile and vinyl. I think in those twelve-thirteen years I have replaced the head twice and I am due for a new one which is what brought me to this site. The mop itself works great...I've never had the head pop out like one person said in the reviews so they must have purchased a defective one in the first place. As for the people who have said they don't like it cause it doesn't have a scrubber, I just use the plastic side of the mop to scrape up hard stuff and it has never scratched my floor including the hardwood~so I don't miss a scrubber. Highly recommend!

Rubbermaid roller mop Mar 05, 2011
By M. Davis
The mop arrived quickly, that was nice. The mop head was encased in plastic and I had to remove the mophead to get all the plastic off, not any easy task to remove the mophead. The screws holding the mophead are already rusty on the tips so I wonder how long they will last. The mop has a telescoping handle, and it collapsed 4 times in a 30 minute period of use. The mophead cleans very well, and without a lot of water so that the floor dried quickly. The mophead allowed me to scrub hard, and I liked that but I did not like the collapsing handle.

Best mop I've ever owned. Aug 08, 2008
I bought a similar mop through TV-sell. While I paid far too much for it there, it was the best mop I ever owned. It leaves the floor fresh, dust-and pet-hair free and almost dry. And best of all, the mop keeps smelling fresh, as it is somehow rot-and bacteria resistant.
Most practical and efficient mop I own. Only drawback: you can't scrub the floor with it, just mop it. But brushes are good for stains.
This brand, Rubbermaid, is even better quality then the TV-Sell one, and that one lasted me five years in perfect working order.

I am so grateful they make refills for this mop! Jul 19, 2010
By Dorothy Higgins
I have had this mop and the original mop head for over 2 years. Keep in mind that it is used in a house that is approx. 800 sf of moppable flooring, but still, that is a very long time in the mop world.
Today, it went. The mop head strip that holds it to the handle had rusted. When I was unable to find a replacement head at the store I broke down and purchased a Clorox Roller Mop.
That mop ejects it's mop head into the bucket when you wring it out, unless you wring it by hand first. What a fun way to wash a floor!
I'm placing my order to a replacement for old reliable.

Good...But Let It Get Fully Soaked Sep 16, 2010
By Patricia Jordan
This is the best mop I've ever used. It soaks up a ton of liquid and it is pretty easy to wring out. The bad side- the mop head will pop out if you don't let the mop get completely wet before trying to mop. It takes about 60 seconds for it to go from hard to soft and moist. If you try to mop the floor while it is still hard, it will pop out.
